Executive Director, Board Co-Chair, Support Group Facilitator
Jay has been working in mental health for almost a decade and graduated from Arcadia University with their Master's in Counseling.
They are a licensed therapist in DE, MD, and PA. Jay is also the owner of Janicki Holistic Healing and works as a full-time therapist at Better Minds Counseling & Services. They provide individual therapy, 1:1 coaching, queer couples therapy, ADHD Screenings & Evaluations. and group therapy.
Jay identifies as a nonbinary lesbian and has worked with the queer community since they started their therapy career. When Jay isn't working, they love to spend time with their dogs and loved ones, watching reality tv. playing bass, and going to concerts.

Associate Executive Director, Board Co-Chair, Support Group Facilitator
Niki is a licensed clinical social worker who has been working with queer communities in various capacities since 2014. Niki is one of the founding members of True Colors Collective. Niki is also one of the original co-founders of The Welcome Project PA in Hatboro, Montgomery County, where they led LGBTQIA+ programming and served as Associate Executive Director, developing programs, directing the support group program, and co-directing the mental health services program until May of 2025.
They have been providing therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals since 2016 and started their private therapy practice in 2022. They serve clients remotely throughout PA and NJ with a focus on healing from relational trauma.
Niki lives with their nesting partner, two dogs (Zeva and Meelo) and cat (Bleppy) and identifies as genderqueer and bisexual. They are a CrossFitter, amateur artist, musician, and DIY enthusiast, and in their free time enjoy fantasy, action, and adventure books and tv shows.

Alex graduated from La Salle University with their Master of Social Work degree in 2024. They quickly obtained their license and currently work as a lLicensed Social worker for the Lincoln Center in th Norristown Area School District.
Alex has been running a support group for gender nonconformming individuals since November 2023 and identifies as "Triple A" - Agender, Aromantic and Asexual.
When they're not working, Alex enjoys spending quality time with friends, family, and their two cats, binging tv shows, playing Zelda, and reading.

Board Treasurer
Jaden graduated from The University Of The Arts with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. Jaden enjoys bringing creative ideas to life and is passionate about advocating for the LGBT+ community. Jaden has been organizing LGBT+ community events and programs since 2017 when they co-founded SAGA Community Center, which is now The Welcome Project PA. Some of their main functions were writing grants, co-directing LGBT+ programs, and organizing fundraisers and events such as the Bucks-Mont Pride Festival. Jaden brings 5 years of nonprofit experience to True Colors Collective and is looking forward to collaborating with the team and aiding in the success of this new organization.
Jaden identifies as nonbinary and pansexual and lives with their nesting partner, two dogs (Zeva and Meelo), and cat (Bleppy). Jaden enjoys going on nature walks, spending time with fur babies and loved ones, DIY projects around the house, music festivals, and curling up with a good book.

Director of Programs and Events, Board Member, Support Group Facilitator
Melanie has recently graduated from Rosemont College with her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, and specializes in LGBTQPIA+ therapy. She has been working in the field for nearly two years, and is a pre-licensed therapist practicing in PA. She provides individual psychotherapy for clients 14+ at her virtual private practice, Rainbow Wellness, LLC. She has experience working as a support group and event facilitator. Now, she runs various support groups through True Colors Collective, including a chronic illness group and neuroqueer group.
Melanie identifies as a cisgender lesbian and has an incredible passion for empowering and supporting the LGBTQPIA+ community. Serving this community is one of Melanie's greatest dreams and goals in life. in the times she is not working, she enjoys quality time with her girlfriend and her two dogs, Elliot and Oliver.
